1. Services
Connect People Recruitment Agency provides manpower supply, recruitment and mobilisation services. Our services are governed by the individual service agreements signed with each employer client.
2. Candidates
Candidates are never charged for registration or placement. Any party claiming to charge fees on behalf of Connect People should be reported to us immediately.
3. Employer obligations
Employers must provide accurate job descriptions, comply with destination-country labour laws, and honour the terms of employment offered during recruitment.
4. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a placement not meeting expectations.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Rawalpindi.
